Entreprenurial themes are very common in this kinds of games. I wonder how may players have been bitten by the bug and decide to actually go out and do their own thing?

Flower Stand Tycoon looks to be a solid game, although it seems pretty light on the "tycoon" features. It will probably do well with fans of diner games and time management games, though...
